Chicken Cashew
Chicken Cashew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (8 halves), 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown chicken in butter and oil.
Place in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
In the browning pan, add remaining ingredients except paprika.
Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
Serve with rice and garnish with cashews and mushrooms (optional).
