Chicken Cacciatore
Chicken Cacciatore is an impressive dinner. Made with 6 to 8 split chicken breasts, 1 large red pepper, 1 large green pepper, 3 onions and 8 cloves garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Bake skinned chicken at 350Β° for 1 hour; cool.
Debone and break into pieces.
While chicken is cooking, chop veggies.
In large pot, saute peppers, onions, garlic and zucchini for several minutes in olive oil.
Add mushrooms during last minute.
Add sauce, paste, wine, sugar, chicken and spices.
Simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
Boil pasta of your choice; drain well.
Melt in 1/4 stick of butter.
Top with sauce and grated cheese.
