Chicken Broccoli Pie
Chicken Broccoli Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless chicken breasts, 1 bag frozen chopped broccoli (16 oz.), 12 oz. grated cheddar cheese, 2 pkg. pillsbury pie crusts and 1 1/2 c. bisquick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Makes two pies.
Cook and cube chicken breasts.
Microwave frozen broccoli for 6 minutes.
Put bottom crust in pie plates. Layer chicken, broccoli, and cheese.
Beat eggs until fluffy; add milk and Bisquick.
Stir but leave mixture lumpy.
Pour 1/2 of mixture over each pie.
Add top crust.
Bake 45 - 50 minutes at 375Β°.
