Chicken-Broccoli Casserole
Chicken-Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 lb.) frying chicken, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or 2 oz. fresh broccoli, 1 c. mayonnaise, 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cream of chicken soup and 1 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Stew chicken.
Cool and bone.
Steam broccoli until tender. Drain.
Grease an 11 x 7-inch casserole. Place chicken on bottom and broccoli on top.
Combine mayonnaise, soup, curry powder and lemon juice.
Pour over broccoli.
Sprinkle with a mixture of bread crumbs combined with butter.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
