Chicken Broccoli Casserole
Chicken Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole chicken, boiled, boned and cut up, 20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cook broccoli until almost done; drain.
Put in bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Put chicken over broccoli.
Mix together 3 cans soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice; pour over chicken. Spread grated cheese over top.
Melt butter and mix with herb stuffing and spread over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 60 minutes. Cover with foil last 15 minutes.
