Chicken Broccoli Casserole
Chicken Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 chicken breasts, cooked, 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (parboiled), 2 to 3 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1/2 tsp. curry powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Skin and bone the cooked chicken.
Mix mayonnaise, soup, curry powder and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour half of this into a large Pyrex casserole.
Place chicken and broccoli on top.
Then pour remaining soup mixture over it.
Sprinkle on the cheese and paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
