Chicken Breasts And Dressing is an easy dinner. Made with 8 chicken breasts, skinned, 4 slices swiss cheese (3 x 5-inch slices), 2 c. pepperidge farm herb stuffing mix, 1/4 lb. melted margarine and 1 1/2 cans cream of chicken soup (can use 2), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Put chicken breasts in 9 x 12-inch shallow pan.
Top each piece of chicken with 1/2 slice of Swiss cheese.
Dilute soup with 1/2 cup water and pour over chicken.
Mix stuffing with margarine and sprinkle over chicken.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
