Chicken Breasts
Chicken Breasts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 chicken breasts (remove bones), 1 c. white wine or cooking sherry, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 can white chestnuts and 1 green pepper, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In frypan, place oil and then the chicken breasts (boned). Brown in oil, salt and pepper.
Then place in casserole.
Mix 1 cup white wine or cooking sherry.
Add 2 cans cream of chicken soup.
Cover with 1 can white chestnuts and green pepper.
Bake, covered, 30 minutes or until tender.
Usually cooked nearly an hour.
