Chicken Breasts
Chicken Breasts is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Made with chicken breasts (remove bones), c. white wine or cooking sherry, cream of chicken soup, white chestnuts and green pepper, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In frypan, place oil and then the chicken breasts (boned). Brown in oil, salt and pepper.
Then place in casserole.
Mix 1 cup white wine or cooking sherry.
Add 2 cans cream of chicken soup.
Cover with 1 can white chestnuts and green pepper.
Bake, covered, 30 minutes or until tender.
Usually cooked nearly an hour.
