Chicken Breast on Rice
Chicken Breast On Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted), 2/3 c. milk, 3/4 c. long grain rice (uncooked), 4 oz. can mushrooms, stems and pieces (undrained) and 1 envelope lipton's onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Blend mushroom soup and milk; set aside 1/2 cup.
Combine one portion of the soup mixture with rice, mushrooms and onion soup mix.
Pour into baking dish.
Arrange chicken breasts on top, (skin side up) and pour the rest of the soup mixture over them and sprinkle with paprika.
Cover tightly with foil and bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer to brown.
