Chicken Breast Casserole
Chicken Breast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, deboned, 1/3 c. parmesan cheese, 1/3 c. ritz cracker crumbs, 1/3 c. saltine cracker crumbs and 1/2 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut chicken breasts in half.
Mix cheese and crumbs in bowl. Dip chicken in melted butter and roll in cheese and crumbs mixture.
Place chicken in shallow dish sprayed with pam.
After dipping all chicken, if any crumbs are left over, pour over chicken.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour, uncovered.
Heat soup and stir in sour cream.
Pour over chicken or use as side dip for chicken.
