Chicken Breast Casserole
Chicken Breast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless, skinned chicken breasts, halved or strips, 1/2 c. white wine, 4 oz. thinly sliced swiss cheese, 1 can cream of chicken soup, diluted with 1/3 can milk and 1 small pkg. pepperidge farm cornbread stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place chicken breasts in bottom of casserole dish; cover with soup mixture and then Swiss cheese.
Cover cheese with remaining soup mixture.
Top with stuffing and pour butter over top of casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour (until bubbly).
