Chicken Breast
Chicken Breast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large chicken breasts, 6 slices prosciutto or thin sliced ham, 6 thin slices swiss, 2 tbsp. butter and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Pound chicken breast with wooden mallet to approximately 1/4-inch thick.
Place slice of meat and cheese on each.
Tuck in sides and roll up as for jelly roll.
Skewer or tie securely. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Brown in butter.
Remove from skillet.
Place in shallow pan.
Combine soup with wine and mushrooms.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
