Chicken Bobbie
Chicken Bobbie is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 42 minutes. Melt oleo in a small skillet.
Add crushed Ritz crackers and mix well.
Set aside.
Boil chicken breasts until tender.
Cool. Cut in bite size pieces.
Add sour cream, soup, dill weed and paprika.
Mix well.
Pour in a 9 x 9 x 2-inch casserole, sprayed with Pam.
Place cracker crumbs on top; bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve with salad and green beans.
