Chicken Bites
Chicken Bites is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces, salt and pepper to taste, 2 egg whites, beaten, 1/2 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs and 1/2 c. calorie-reduced mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Coat baking sheet with Pam.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Place egg whites in shallow dish. Using fork, beat until mixed.
Pour bread crumbs onto wax paper. Dip each chicken piece in egg whites, then roll in bread crumbs. Place chicken pieces 1-inch apart on prepared baking sheet.
Then spray pieces with Pam.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until tender and browned.
