Chicken Arcadia
Chicken Arcadia is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. pepperidge farm dressing (i use cornbread), 1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted, 2 to 3 c. chicken, cut up, 1 c. chopped celery and 1 can water chestnuts, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine dressing and oleo and place a little over half in the bottom of a casserole dish, reserving the rest.
Mix together chicken, celery, water chestnuts, onion, cream of mushroom, cream of celery, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour this mixture over dressing mixture and top with reserved crumbs.
Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer. This can be made ahead and frozen.
