Chicken And Wine A La Sandra is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large potatoes, diced, 1 small onion, diced, 1 stick butter, 1/2 c. oil and 2 cloves garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In a frying pan, melt butter.
Add potatoes, onion, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper and garlic powder.
Saute until tender, then add bread crumbs.
In a shallow dish, put oil and garlic cloves. Pound cutlets and add a couple of tablespoons of stuffing.
Roll and place, flap down, in baking dish.
Add cooking sherry, water and 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper.
Cover with foil for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 20 minutes in 350Β° oven.
