Chicken And Veggies Made Simple is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. thin strips chicken breast, 3/4 c. reduced calorie italian dressing, 16 oz. pkg. your favorite frozen mixed vegetable and cooked pasta, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In large skillet combine chicken and about 1/3 of Italian dressing. Saute until chicken starts to brown.
Add vegetables and remaining dressing. Cover; simmer 7 to 12 minutes, until vegetables are crisp-tender; stirring frequently.
Serve over pasta.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
