Chicken and Stuffing Casserole
Chicken And Stuffing Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 12 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or 8 breasts, 8 oz. swiss cheese slices, 1 box chicken-flavored stove top stuffing, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan, place the chicken pieces, then layer evenly on top the Swiss cheese, dried bread crumbs from the stuffing mix, then the seasoning packet from the stuffing mix. In a small bowl stir together the can of soup and 1 soup can of water.
Pour this mixture over the top to moisten all the bread crumbs.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.
Allow to stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving, covered, so chicken will reabsorb the juices.
