Chicken and Spinach Bake

Cook spinach as on package.

Drain thoroughly and spread over the bottom of a buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

Spread chicken over spinach.

Melt butter and blend in flour; add chicken soup, chicken broth and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce boils and thickens.

Add lemon juice and salt and pepper.

Pour sauce over chicken; sprinkle with cheese and dust with paprika. Bake in 400° oven for 30 minutes or until nice and brown.
