Put rice in bottom of baking dish.
In saucepan, mix soups, lemon juice and butter.
Heat until margarine melts.
Pour 1/2 soup over rice.
Place raw chicken on top of soup.
Pour remaining soup over the chicken.
Spread grated cheese (optional) over. Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done.
