Chicken and Rice Casserole
Chicken And Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 to 4 whole chicken breasts or 1 whole fryer, 1 c. raw rice, 1 can french onion soup and 1 can beef consomme soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Broil breasts or whole chicken (cut up) 5 minutes on each side.
Remove from pan; leave juices.
To juices, add 1 cup rice. Dot with butter.
Place chicken pieces on top of this.
Pour both soups over the top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for 10 minutes more.
