Chicken and Rice Bake
Chicken And Rice Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up, 1 c. milk, 1 envelope onion soup mix, 1 c. rice and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Stir together milk, cream of chicken soup and onion soup mix; set aside 1/2 cup of soup mixture.
Mix vegetables and rice.
Pour mixture into 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch dish.
Place chicken on top and pour the remaining 1/2 cup of soup mixture over chicken and sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and bake for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours at 375Β°.
