Chicken and Rice Bake
Chicken And Rice Bake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 3/4 c. milk, 1 1/2 c. minute rice (uncooked) and 1 pkg. onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place rice on bottom of casserole dish.
Place uncooked chicken on top of rice.
Pour onion soup mix over chicken.
Mix milk, soup and 1 soup can of water together.
Pour over top of all.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 to 2 hours.
