Chicken and Rice Bake
Chicken And Rice Bake is an easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken quarters (leg and thighs or breast), 3 c. rice, 6 c. water and 2 pkg. onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Rinse chicken well.
In a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, mix together 2 packages of onion soup mix and 6 cups warm water.
Stir until dissolved.
Add in rice and spread evenly in pan.
Place chicken on top of rice.
Chicken should be somewhat covered with soup broth.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Yield: 4 to 5 servings.
