Chicken and Rice
Chicken And Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Roll chicken in butter, skin side up.
Pour cherry over chicken and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Place 4 to 6 cups of cooked white rice in casserole dish.
Combine the soup, sour cream, drippings from chicken, paprika and mayonnaise.
Pour half of mixture over rice.
Place chicken (cooked) on top.
Cover with rest of remaining mixture.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
