Chicken And Noodles(Low-Fat) is an easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 can cream of chicken soup (low-fat), 1 (10 oz.) pkg. noodles, 1/2 c. chopped onions and 1 1/2 c. chopped carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Boil chicken, carrots and onion in water until done, approximately 50 minutes.
Take chicken out of pan.
Add noodles and cream of chicken soup to carrots and onions.
Cook and stir often until noodles are soft.
Cut chicken into small pieces and add to noodles, soup, carrots and onions.
Cook over low heat 5 minutes longer, stirring often.
