Chicken And Mushrooms Dijon is an moderately easy dinner. In skillet, melt 1 tablespoon margarine and cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned on both sides.
Remove.
In remaining 1 tablespoon margarine, cook mushrooms and onion until tender-crisp, stirring often.

Stir in soup, milk and mustard.
Heat to boiling.
Return chicken to skillet.
Cover.
Cook over low heat 5 minutes.
Add sweet red pepper slices and season to taste.
Stir lightly, coating the thicken.
Continue to cook over low heat 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
