Chicken and Mushroom
Chicken And Mushroom is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 pieces of chicken (legs, thighs and wings), 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 small can green peas, 1/2 doz. freshly sliced mushrooms and 1 thinly sliced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Wash and season chicken.
Fry or bake until golden brown; drain.
While chicken is frying or baking, put in Dutch oven type pan the following: soups and water.
Add mushrooms, onions, garlic and heat to boiling point.
