Chicken And Dried Beef is an easy dinner. Made with 6 boneless chicken breasts, 3/4 lb. dry chipped beef, 6 strips lean bacon, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup and sliced mushrooms (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Arrange dried beef in bottom of shallow casserole.
Wrap a strip of bacon around each chicken breast.
Arrange over dried beef.
Spread undiluted soup over chicken.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 300° for 2 hours.
Increase heat to 350° and bake for another 20 to 30 minutes, basting several times.
