Chicken and Dressing Casserole
Chicken And Dressing Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pepperidge farm cornbread stuffing mix, 1 1/3 c. chicken broth, 1 1/4 sticks margarine, 1 can cream of celery soup and 1 fryer or chicken parts, cooked, deboned and cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt margarine; mix with stuffing.
Put half of stuffing in 2-quart baking dish.
Layer chopped chicken over stuffing. Microwave milk, soup and onion until boiling.
Pour over chicken and top with remaining stuffing.
Pour broth over top of casserole.
Bake at 400Β° for 30 to 45 minutes until brown and bubbly around edges.
