Chicken and Dressing Casserole
Chicken And Dressing Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, 1 2/3 to 2 c. chicken broth, 1/2 to 1 stick margarine, 1 (6 oz.) box stove top stuffing with seasoning packet and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Boil and debone chicken.
Save 1 2/3 to 2 cups broth.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, melt margarine.
Sprinkle 1/2 of the bread cubes from the stuffing mix over bottom of dish.
Layer chicken on bread cubes and cover with seasoning packet.
Mix 1 cup of the broth, soup and sour cream together.
Pour over the chicken.
Cover with remaining bread cubes from stuffing mix and sprinkle with remaining broth.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
