Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
Layers of broccoli and chicken under a curry-spiked sauce of cream of chicken soup, mayo and evaporated milk, finished with cheddar and buttered crumbs. A lightly exotic potluck classic.

Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Drain well. Place in a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole; top with chicken.
Combine remaining ingredients except breadcrumbs, stirring well.
Spoon mixture over chicken, top with breadcrumbs. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
