Chicken Amandine
Chicken Amandine is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. dry white wine, 1/4 c. olive oil, 1 envelope good seasons gourmet parmesan italian or italian salad dressing mix, 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves and 1/2 c. each: sliced green onions and sliced almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix wine, olive oil and salad dressing mix.
Heat 1/4 cup of the dressing mixture in a large skillet on medium heat.
Add chicken; cook 8 minutes or until cooked through and browned on both sides.
Add remaining dressing mixture, onions and almonds. Cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Serve hot over cooked pasta. Makes 4 servings.
