Chicken Almond Salad
Chicken Almond Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped, cooked, cooled chicken, 1/2 c. celery, 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine first ingredients.
Cut the tomatoes into 6 wedges, but not all the way through.
Spread wedges apart and sprinkle insides with small amount of salt.
Place each tomato on lettuce leaves and spoon in the chicken mixture.

Cover and chill well. Serve with your favorite crackers.
