Beat egg. Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese together.
Dip chicken in egg, then in the crumbs. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan; put some sauce on bottom of pan. Place chicken on top of sauce. Put remaining sauce on top of chicken. Bake covered 1 hour at 400Β°. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and melt in oven.
