Chicken a La Karen
Chicken A La Karen is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. stove top san francisco stuffing mix, 1 stick margarine, melted, 1 chicken, cooked with celery leaves, debone and dice (reserve stock), 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted and 1 1/2 c. chicken stock, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Blend melted margarine with stuffing and spread half in greased baking dish.
Combine all other ingredients except almonds; pour over stuffing mix.
Top with other half of stuffing. Sprinkle with almonds.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes.
