Chex Party Mix(Easy As 1, 2, 3) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, 1 1/4 tsp. lawry's seasoned salt, 4 1/2 tsp. lea & perrins, 8 c. favorite chex brand (corn, rice or wheat) and 1 c. mixed nuts or peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In bowl, mix salt and Lea & Perrins with melted butter; mix well.
Put together other ingredients in Ziploc bag.
Pour butter mixture over cereal in bag; shake well.
Pour into large bowl and microwave 5 to 6 minutes.
Stir every 2 minutes.
Spread on absorbent paper to cool.
Store in airtight container.
Makes 9 cups.
