Chewy Pecan Squares
Chewy Pecan Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 lb. brown sugar, 2 c. biscuit mix, 2 c. chopped pecans and 1 tbsp. cream or evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Put eggs and brown sugar into double boiler and steam for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from fire and while hot add the biscuit mix, chopped pecans, cream or evaporated milk and vanilla.
Bake in a well-greased pan, 10 x 10 x 2 inch in a 350Β° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cut into squares while warm and roll in powdered sugar.
