Chewy Oatmeal Freezer Cookies
Chewy Oatmeal Freezer Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. brown sugar, 3/4 c. white sugar, 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted, 4 eggs, beaten and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix sugars; add margarine, then eggs and oats.
This will be a very stiff batter (your arm will feel like it's going to fall off) or use heavy duty mixer (small mixer not strong enough).
Form into 3 or 4 rolls; wrap and freeze.
When ready to bake, thaw 10 to 15 minutes, then cut in slices.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350Β°.
Cool on wax paper.
