Chevrie Cheese Cake(Goat Cheese)
Chevrie Cheese Cake(Goat Cheese) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 c. sugar, 10 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 c. water and 2 envelopes knox gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter and spread in 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake 5 minutes at 350Β°.
Add gelatin to cold water. When softened, heat until gelatin is dissolved.
Add sugar, Chevrie cheese and vanilla.
Mix well (I use a blender).
Pour over crumbs and refrigerate.
