Chess Pie

Melt margarine in saucepan.
Add sugar and meal and cream well.
Then add one egg at a time and beat thoroughly after each addition.
Add vinegar, vanilla and milk.
Beat thoroughly.
Pile in an unbaked pastry shell.
Place in an oven preheated to 400°. After 10 minutes, reduce heat to 325° and continue cooking for an additional 30 to 40 minutes.
