👨‍🍳 Instructions

Prick bottom of unbaked pie shell with fork and rub a mixture of 1 tablespoon each flour and sugar into holes (this prevents a soggy crust).

Bake 10 minutes in preheated 350° oven.

Reduce heat to 300°.
