Cherry Top Cheese Cake
Cherry Top Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. duncan hines yellow cake mix, 2 tsp. oil, 2 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, soft, 1/2 c. sugar and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Spray 9x13 glass pan with Pam. Preheat oven to 300°. Reserve 1 cup of dry cake mix.
In large bowl, combine remaining cake mix, oil and 1 egg (mixture will be crumbly).
Press crust mixture evenly into bottom of glass dish.
In same bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, 3 eggs and reserved cake mixture.
Beat 1 min. at medium speed.
At low speed, add milk and flavorings until smooth. Pour into crust and bake at 300° for 45-55 mins. until center is firm.
When cool, top with pie filling. Chill before serving. Store in refrigerator or freezer, covered with foil.
