Cherry Tomatoes
Cherry Tomatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved, 1-2 garlic cloves, finely chopped, 1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary or 1/2 tsp dried and kosher salt and black pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place a large non-stick skillet over a low heat and when it is hot, add the olive oil.
Add the garlic and cook until it just begins to turn golden, about 3 minutes.
Raise the heat to medium, add the tomatoes and cook them until tender, about 5 minutes.
Add the rosemary and cook about 1 minute.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
