Cherry Pudding
Cherry Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1 c. flour, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1 (no. 2) can sour cherries, drained (keep the juice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Sift together the sugar, flour, cinnamon and baking powder. Add the cherries and nuts. Add the egg.
Add the shortening.
Mix well and pour into square pan.
