Cherry Pudding
Cherry Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Blend in the butter.
Add the water; mix lightly.
Pat out into an 8-inch square pan.
Cover with cherries, drained from a pint can. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar.
Pour the cherry juice on top.
Bake for 40 minutes in the oven at 350Β°.
Serve warm with the sauce which forms in bottom of pan spooned over.
