Cherry Jello Mold
Cherry Jello Mold is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) cherry flavored jell-o, 1 (16 oz.) can pitted black bing cherries, drained and juice reserved and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Place Jell-O powder in a large bowl.
Pour 1 cup reserved cherry juice into bowl.
Add 1 cup boiling water; whisk thoroughly until Jell-O is dissolved.
Chill until gelatin begins to set, about 15 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator and add sour cream.
Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
Pour into a 3-quart mold.
Refrigerate until firm.
