Cherry Cream Pie
Cherry Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells, 1 (16 oz.) can sour pie cherries, 1/2 pt. whipping cream, 3/4 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Drain cherries thoroughly and place in bottom of one unbaked pie shell.
Combine whipping cream (do not beat), sugar, flour, salt and flavoring; pour over cherries.
Cut remaining pie shell into strips and crisscross over filled pie.
Bake in preheated 350Β° gas oven 50 to 60 minutes.
