Cherry Cream Crescents
Cherry Cream Crescents is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 c. confectioners sugar, 1 egg, separated, 2 tubes refrigerated crescent rolls and 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and egg yolk.
Separate roll dough into 16 triangles.
Place on lightly greased baking sheets.
Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture near the edge of the short side of each triangle.
Top with 1 tablespoon pie filling.
Fold the long point of the triangle over the filling and tuck under dough.
Lightly beat the egg white and brush over rolls.
Bake at 350Β° 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
To serve, sprinkle the top with confectioners sugar and garnish with cherries left from the pie filling.
